CEO Robotic is the robotics and automation division of CEO Contract — a privately held investment, contracting and business development group founded in 1995 by Mr. Celal Özkan, continuing a family building practice that spans three generations and more than fifty years.
A contractor first.
CEO Contract and its affiliates have delivered over 1.5 million square meters of completed construction across Turkey, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Russia and the CIS. The portfolio covers hotels, public and government buildings, retail, medical, educational and office properties, movie theatres, residential compounds, villas and holiday resorts.
Turnkey contracting remains the group's core business. Beyond it, CEO Contract operates as a developer — of industrial facilities, commercial real estate and contractual supply — and as an investor across mining and capital markets. Long-standing commercial partnerships include AFM Movie Theatres, comprising 140 cinemas, and the Koçtaş DIY chain, comprising 40 stores.

Buildings are finished. Operating them never is.
Fifty years of building hotels, retail and public space taught us something about where cost actually lives. It is not in the structure. It is in the labor required to operate that structure, every day, for decades after handover — and in most markets, that labor is becoming harder to find and more expensive to keep.
CEO Robotic exists to close that gap. We design, integrate and deploy autonomous systems built for the environments our group has spent generations constructing: cafés, hotels, and service facilities. We are not fitting robots into buildings from the outside. We build both sides of the problem.
Built, not bought.
The group's method has always been vertical. When a project required manufacturing capability that did not exist, CEO Contract built it — a 20,000 m² wood processing plant, developed for internal use, which later became a business in its own right. Robotics follows the same logic.

On our own operations
Every system runs in our own venues before it is offered to anyone else. The café network is the current proving ground.
Then to market
Only once a system is commercially proven does it become a product for partners, operators and site owners.

Celal Özkan
President & CEOArchitect by training — High Honor BA from Istanbul Technical University, architectural licence from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MA from North Carolina State University School of Design, where he received the Most Promising Architect award. He succeeded his father as the second generation in construction contracting and built the family firm into an international contractor. Former Chairman of the Turkish Wood Products Export Association and board member of the Turkish Chamber of Exporters.
Emre Çağatay Özkan
Vice President & COOThird generation of the family. BS in Industrial Engineering from Sabancı University and an MS in Renewable Energy from City University London. In 2015 he developed a plastic recycling facility with a combined power generation plant in the Gebze Organized Industrial Zone, converting regional waste plastics into electricity for the zone, and holds further investments in solar engine development.
